Hi there! I'm glad you're here today. I wanted to start off by asking you a question that might be a little bit deep, but one that I think is really important. What is most important to you in your life?
Please take a moment to really think about it. What are the things that you value the most? What brings you the most happiness? What are the things that make you feel fulfilled?
This question can be a little bit tricky because we could say so many things are important. Maybe it's your family, your career, your health, your relationships, your faith, your hobbies, or your passions.
But I want you to think about the most important thing to you right now. What is the thing that, if you lost it or it was taken away, would be the hardest for you to deal with?
It's okay if you're not sure. Sometimes, it takes time to really figure out what we value the most. And sometimes, our values can change over time, as we grow and evolve.
But I think it's essential to take the time to reflect on what matters to us, because it can help us make better decisions and live a more meaningful life.
So, I encourage you to take some time today to think about what is most important to you in your life. Write it down if that helps. And then, let's use that as a starting point for further exploration and clarification of your values.
Because when we know what we value the most, we can make choices and take actions that align with our deepest desires and aspirations. And that's what coaching is all about – helping you live the life you truly want to live.
