Training preparations – As the actual One Punch Man workout is so tough I have to train to even be able to even attempt the one punch man workout. The actual workout consists of: 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, 10km run. 3 square meals a day. Never use air con in the summer or heating in the winter.
Current level for exercises
Sit ups
Level 1: Sit up feet anchored
Level 2: Sit up feet not anchored
Squats
Level 1: Standard squats
Level 2: touch heel squats
Level 3: Jump squats
Level 4: 1 leg wall sit
Current stats: 6ft 3inch, 13 stone 8lbs, 13.0% bodyfat, 24.1 BMI
Goals: 6ft 3inch, 12stone 8lbs, 8% bodyfat, 22 BMI
