WSJ reporter loses appeal on arrest in Russia

Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich lost his appeal on Tuesday against his arrest and detention in a former KGB prison in Moscow on charges of espionage. Court documents gave nothing more than basic details about the case. Matthew Larotonda reports.
