Slow down and take the time to notice what you are feeling, and how you are hurting, and trust that time heals. Time has all the answers, not us and our sped-up minds. Believe in yourself and don't rush the process. Open your hearth to time and it will bring you calm.

And let the night be your guide.

When the rhythms of breathing,

Pull you deep within,

You’ll feel all the wounds,

Where busy-ness had been.

Take a deep breath,

And trust in time to heal,

It’s okay that they’re here,

It’s okay to feel.

So rest now, sweet one,

You’re not broken or undone.

You’re perfect as you are,

The same energy as the sun.
