⭐⭐ Welcome back to our summertime preparation yoga series! Today, we're focusing on strengthening and toning your legs with a wrist-free workout. This workout is perfect for those who have wrist injuries or just prefer to avoid putting pressure on their wrists.

We'll start with a gentle warm-up to get your body moving and then move into a series of standing and seated poses designed to target your legs. We'll use poses like Goddess, Extended Triangle, and Pyramid to tone and strengthen your legs, and Low Lunge and Skandasana to work your quads and hip flexors.

Throughout the class, we'll encourage you to use a block if you need extra support and stability, and we'll provide modifications for any poses that may be challenging for you.

By the end of this class, you'll feel energized and strong in your legs, with greater stability and balance. So, grab your mat and let's get started on this leg workout day!
