⭐⭐ Welcome to another day of our Summer Yoga Flow series. Today's class is all about gentle yet deep stretching, focusing on the back line of our bodies.

We'll begin with some easy warm-up movements, then gradually move into longer-held postures that will help release tension and tightness in the hamstrings, glutes, lower and upper back. Throughout the class, we'll pay special attention to our breath, moving in sync with each inhale and exhale.

This class is designed to be both gentle and deep, allowing you to stretch out your muscles without pushing yourself too far. We'll also incorporate the use of a blanket, which can help support and deepen our stretches in certain poses.

Remember, the goal of this practice is not to achieve perfection in each pose, but rather to simply listen to your body and move in a way that feels good for you. So, take your time, breathe deeply, and enjoy this gentle yet deep stretch day.
