Here is How to do Banded Overhead Shoulder Distraction stretch.
There's an important search to do if you're having issues with your shoulder mobility as it's able to loosen up the tightness you may be experiencing. As with any stress, you want to go onto this gently is to not cause any issues to your shoulder from going too far into a stretch. It's gonna use with any type of man, but I recommend starting with a lighter resistance, and then you can work your way up overtime.
