What is the healthiest fruit in the world?

So what is the healthiest fruit in the whole world? There may be a lot of debate, but it's very likely that the research and verdict may be in. In this video I talk about this incredible superfood, and as always, the focus is on peer reviewed SCIENCE. And I can tell you something else: I have been foraging this fruit for 4 years now, and I feel better than I have in my entire life. I may or may not have superpowers now.

They are rich in essential amino acids, antioxidants [carotenoids (lycopene, β-carotenes, zeaxanthin) and flavonoids (quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin, myricetin).
