Here's a recipe for crispy sweet chilli fries:

Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- Fresh chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.

2. Cut potatoes into thin strips, about 1/4-inch wide each.

3. In a large bowl, toss sliced potatoes with cornstarch, oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

4. Spread potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
