Red and White, Pulsing in night, Hover overhead, Then with swiftly flight…

I came out of my front door onto the porch and happened to look to the nw around 28-33 degrees above the horizon and saw a red and white blinking light. it silently stayed stationary for about 8 seconds, enough time for me to grab my phone (i have been taking videos of airplanes to practice: 1: because i have been seeing a lot of ufo/uap lately and 2: because i want to show people the difference between a known aircraft and a ufo/uap.) as i was getting my phone into video recording mode, it moved with great speed, south, passing venus overhead, to a wsw position, when it slowed down and started to drift farther away from me to a sw position. at times, it was a bright red light, at other times it disappeared altogether, and it moved like no aircraft i have ever seen. i thought i had lost it and then it flashed into existence again and shot like a bullet back to its original bearing. on video it appeared as a white blinking light, but to my eyes it was cycling between red and white unlike any aviation lights that civilian or military aircraft exhibit. i “felt” like it knew that i was watching it, before it stopped lazily hovering around and then took off with great speed over the nw horizon. after it disappeared, i noticed an airplane coming into to where the ufo/uap was at low speed, and filmed that, too. when i checked the flight radar website, this flight was flying dark and a state police aircraft was deployed to the area that i had witnessed the ufo/uap and has been flying around for over an hour. this sighting was unlike anything i have ever seen, nothing, nothing moves the way that this “thing” was moving. the skies were mostly clear, none to little wind, no sound, definitely not a drone at the distances, altitudes, and speeds this was attaining. i couldn’t verify if it was rotating, but the cycling between red and white lights leads to me to believe that possibly it was, i don’t know… this sighting gave me an eerie, uncanny feeling, far different to my other sightings…
