Tajine Beef Stew with Warm Spices and Vegetables: A Mouthwatering Dish

Ingredients :

1 kg of beef ( 2 lbs)
2 Carrots
2 Red onions
600ml of water (or beef stock)
1 cube of beef stock (if you previously used water)
Salt
Ground pepper
Pepper
2 bay leaves
Oven for 3.5 hrs at 160C.
Moroccan version (not necessary)
add coriander (1/2 bunch)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp ras el hanout spice mix
1 tsp sweet paprika
