#carnivore tri tip steak with bluecheese sauce

Tri tip steak browned on all sides. place in crock with 1 stick of butter, 1 cup of water. salt generously. high for 6 hours. very tender. tastes like steak, not like a roast. I made bluecheese sauce recipe found @CourtneyLuna .com 😋 delicious! I did add a tbsp of bacon grease.
It was delicious like steak and mashed taters.
