I have modded the game to remove HUD, Slow time to near real time, Allow free fly with no clipping and to change the frequency and types of weather, oh, and theres a finer rain mod (all linked below).

In this video we have a white / pale blue fog, I'm going to do further videos of this nature where I try out all of the weather variations in the weather mod.
