World Bank President says “life is hard” for Russians under sanctions

World Bank President David Malpass told a CNN reporter Friday how life must be hard for Russians, even if the data doesn’t reflect it. Malpass said international sanctions, supply chain cuts, and citizen emigration are a few factors that have negatively impacted Russia’s economy.
