Gov. DeSantis calls Florida a “refuge of sanity” at Liberty University’s Convocation

During a graduation ceremony address on Friday at Liberty University in Virginia, Governor Ron DeSantis spoke about how his state upheld America’s fight for freedom and liberty. “When the world went mad, when common sense suddenly became an uncommon virtue, Florida stood as a refuge of sanity, a citadel of freedom for people throughout our country, and indeed throughout the world,” said DeSantis.
