▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1️⃣Soak a handful of dried radish, wash thoroughly, and squeeze out water.
2️⃣Cut 2 pieces of fish cake, shower in boiling water, rinse in cold water, and then drain.
3️⃣Blanch 2 medium-sized squid in boiling water with 1 salt, then cut.
4️⃣ Season the rice with salt, sesame oil, and sesame salt. Roll it up and cut it.
5️⃣ Dried radish, fish cake, squid with 1 minced garlic, 1~2 minced green onion,
3 anchovy sauce, 1 soy sauce, 3 red pepper powder, 1 sugar, 2 starch syrup
Put it in and knead it quickly
6️⃣Put 1 sesame oil in and mix it once more.
7️⃣If you have seokbakji, eat it together^^
