Sen. Rubio Talks About The REFUND Act

Senator Marco Rubio called in to the Doc Washburn show in Panama City to talk about the REFUND Act that he is introducing today. This legislation would allow states who refuse federal dollars to have the option to use that money instead to pay down the national debt.
