In an address to Irish lawmakers Thursday at Leinster House in Dublin, President Joe Biden commended Ireland for hosting 80,000 Ukrainian refugees following Russia’s invasion. “The Irish people have generously opened their hearts, their homes…I would argue the rest of the world has an obligation to help you maintain that,” said Biden.
