So this was a job I carried out recently. This lady had been previously ripped off a few years back by another driveway cleaning business. She didn't explain what had happened in detail as I think she was a bit embarrassed by the experience.
The only reason she took me on was because I had worked for her friend, and her friend had recommended me. But even then she seemed very skeptical that I was going to do what I had quoted for. I'm happy to report that she was thrilled with the results, and happy with what I had charged, especially when I knocked the cost of the unnecessary soft wash treatment off the job, saving a substantial amount, off the original quote.

Great and satisfying result all round.
