▶️Recipe
1️⃣Slice 1/5 of kimchi
2️⃣In a pot, add kimchi, half a ladle of kimchi soup, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and stir-fry lightly.
3️⃣Add 1L of anchovy broth
4️⃣When it boils, add one or two bowls of rice
5️⃣Medium to low heat and boil for 15 minutes
6️⃣If you don't have enough broth, add it, add the octopus and heat it up. Turn off the heat when it boils.
7️⃣Cover the lid and leave it for a while to ripen in residual heat before eating
Seasoned seaweed powder is a must, so it's delicious😁
