@harborfreight Bauer 8" Variable Speed Bench Grinder (21107E-B) - Failed Speed Controller

Just picked this unit up, should of tested it out before assembly, ended up having a bad speed controller. Figured I would just attempt to repair, but the screws on the controller plate are seized and would rather just swap it for another new unit than deal with it. Just posting for my records and incase anyone else experienced this issue.
