A Martyr in Rio

Quoting the epic line by Nicolas Cage in the Movie National Treasure:
"To being hung, drawn, and quartered"
Yes, my friends, this is what happened to the main leader of the very first attempt at turning Brazil into an independent republic back in the end of the 18th century. And his figure was later resurrected by the Republican Movement, which coined him "the Martyr of Brazil's Independence (hence the title of the video)
As a matter of fact, the exact date of his execution was April 21st 1792, and it is a date which is remembered to this day all over Brazil as it is an official holiday.
Because of this, and because it all happened right here in the city of Rio, I bring you this video speaking in detail about the whole process of his arrest, his death sentence and his execution.
