WARHAMMER 40K Full Movie Cinematic (2023) 4K ULTRA HD Action Fantasy

A film and TV adaptation of the well-known miniature tabletop wargame Warhammer, starring Henry Cavill, are in the works.

The adaptation, which will also be executive produced by the former Superman star, has been a "lifelong dream come true" for him.

The game's creator, UK-based Games Workshop, announced on Friday that it and Amazon have "reached an agreement in principle" for the development of its intellectual property.

It was stated that the project's initial focus will be on creating the Warhammer 40,000 universe.

Cavill has already expressed his interest for Warhammer, a fantasy war game in which players create and battle with complex miniature miniatures.

The British actor, 39, made the following comment in a statement on Friday: "I have loved Warhammer since I was a youngster, making this occasion incredibly precious for me. The chance to guide this cinematic universe from the beginning is a great honor and responsibility.

Chris Pine will star in the Dungeons and Dragons movie, which is based on another well-known tabletop gaming brand.

The Nottingham-based games company stated that the Warhammer partnership is still pending official confirmation and that a new announcement will be made "in due course."
