Mooks simply asks, "What is your reasonable suspicion I am breaking the law?" Instead of being professional and answering. The "police officer" accuses him of having a 'bad attitude.' These public servant wrongly believe they are beyond question! Truth be known, she was just 'stumped' as she is clearly incompetent. Her partner isn't any better. Diversity Hires Gone Wrong!
