In this class, we'll start with a gentle warm-up to activate the core muscles, then move into a series of challenging poses and exercises that will help you build strength and stability. We'll work on strengthening the abs, obliques, and lower back, as well as improving overall posture and alignment.
By the end of this class, you'll feel stronger and more confident in your core, which will help you take your yoga practice and your overall fitness to the next level. So, grab your mat and let's get started!
