Okay, I get a lot of flak for this one, but I think it's worth talking about. You're going to die; we're all going to die. Giving up everything that you love and enjoy so that you could maybe get a couple more days or another hour or a couple more years well, that's a call, you're going have to make.

People ask me all the time that, like you drink lots of coffee, isn't coffee bad for you? The amount of coffee I drink is not great for you, but I love coffee. I'd take a lot of supplementations, I do a lot of things to offset it, but I like coffee, so I'm going to drink my coffee.

But having a healthy lifestyle requires getting the toxins out of your system. Detoxing is critical, and one of the best regimens and solution is the coffee enema.
