Removing Bias to be Free

One of the things required for humanity to do in order to move forward is free ourselves from the bias we have created within our experience. Holding onto our bias, our judgments and prejudice against our other selves, keeps us attached to the very thing we are trying to be free from. We become lighter and we become free, when we allow ourselves to relinquish these aspects that enslave us to negative thinking.
