This intense HIIT workout is designed to help you lose weight in just 20 minutes. It is a high-intensity interval training workout that is designed to burn calories quickly and efficiently.
The workout consists of 10 different exercises that will each be done for two minutes. Each exercise should be done at a high intensity for 30 seconds, then you will rest for 30 seconds.
Once you have completed all 10 exercises, rest for one minute and then repeat the circuit. You should aim to complete this circuit 3-4 times for a total of 20 minutes. This intense HIIT workout is sure to get your heart rate up and help you burn calories quickly and efficiently!
