Pensacola Flooding

Interstate 10 into Pensacola was shut down around 9:45pm on April 30th due record rainfall. Seven hrs later I film the scene, water still blocking traffic, tired and weary motorists who just spent the night in their vehicles, and a few scenes of washed out roads - Johnson Av and Scenic Hwy.
