Pranayama Tip 6. Ratio
This is the breathing ratio to use if you are trying to center your awareness, and trying to induce a feeling of inner-peace, calm, and relaxation. This can be used with breathing techniques such as Deep Breathing (Full Yogic Breath) / Dirgha Svasam, and Alternate Nostril Breathing / Nadi Shuddhi.
