1-Medial Process of the Tuberosity of the Calcaneus
2-Plantar Fascia

Insertion:
The Medial & Lateral Sides of the Middle Phalanges of Toes #2 to #5

Function:
Flexion of the Toes #2 to #5 @ the MTP & PIP Joints

Nerve:
Medial Plantar Nerve

Activation: Flexion of the Toes #2 to #5 @ MTP and PIP
Lengthening: Extension of the Toes #2 to #5 @ MTP and PIP
