Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a terrible set of circumstances which occurred way back in July of 2020 in Austin, Tx. During the George Floyd protests, Army Sgt. Daniel Perry shot a protestor who he claims pointed an AK 47 at him after he made a wrong turn in downtown Austin one evening. After obtaining an indictment one year later, the Travis County Prosecutor has obtained a conviction in this matter which means that Sgt. Perry is facing a minimum of 5 years in prison, but possibly much, much more. However, is Governor Greg Abbott going to step in and pardon this man? Learn what all of this means to you and arm yourself with education today.
