FULL RANGE OF MOTION!

I’ve been opting for belt squats over heavy barbell squats since my minor back strain, which is fully healed by the way. The brilliance of this movement is not only does it not load the spine and lower back, but it provides a therapeutic traction on your lower back and hips.

I see a lot of folks load this up and go 90 degrees. Nope, not this movement. Get LOW and activate even more muscle with less weight - less weight and more activation = less risk and more gains!
