More than 11 million people have crossed Poland-Ukraine border since February 2022

More than 11 million refugees from the war in Ukraine have fled to Poland since Russia invaded in February 2022, Poland’s EU representation tweeted on Tuesday. Around 87% of those crossing the border are woman and children, it added.
