Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce:

2/3 cup Franks Hot Sauce
1/2 cup Butter, unsalted
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1.5 tablespoons Malt Vinegar (Amazon link to what I use: https://amzn.to/3YtIDtX )
To Taste Salt

Step 1 - Place all ingredients in a small pot on medium head, use whisk and stir continuously until a slight simmer. Remove immediately from heat.

Step 2 - Continue to whisk for 2-3 more minutes OR a better option is to use an immersion blender (or regular blender) for 30 seconds to 1 minute instead of whisking at the end.

Step 3 - Place cooked wings in a bowl and toss with sauce, then enjoy!! ❤️

-- If using whisk this does require re-whisking due to the limited emulsion between the fat and water within the hot sauce. As mentioned previously a blender/immersion blend is the best option to reduce the separation.--

Gorgonzola sauce:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 c heavy cream
1/2 c - 1 c Gorgonzola

Heat butter and cream in pot over med heat. Once warmed add cheese, slowly stir for 1-2 min, then use immersion blender to mix until smooth (if you don’t have an immersion blender then continue to head for additional 2 min, then poor mixture into a blender to blend smooth). TASTE TEST!!! add more Gorgonzola if seeking a stronger taste! (Repeat head, blend then taste).
