▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1️⃣Slice 2 potatoes, half tofu, 1/3 zucchini, and 200g of pork
2️⃣Put 1~2 perilla oil, pork, and 1 rice wine in a pot and stir-fry.
3️⃣Add red pepper paste 2 and fry again
4️⃣Add 500~600ml of anchovy broth (rice water) and add potatoes when it boils
5️⃣Boil over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, and when the potatoes are half cooked, add the zucchini and boil for another 5 minutes
6️⃣Put in tofu, green onion, Cheongyang pepper, 1 minced garlic, and red pepper powder and boil well.
▶️ Add 1 soy sauce for the liver, and anchovy sauce for the liver
