Forgiveness is an act of kindness.

When you forgive yourself, you have compassion for how you behaved in challenging situations. You acknowledge that you were doing the best that you could with the knowledge and awareness that you had.

When you forgive yourself, you’ve worked through difficult thoughts and emotions and you feel peace with yourself and peace with the past. You’re no longer ruminating about the past, you’re able to move forward and focus on other things.

When you forgive yourself, you acknowledge that you are always learning and growing. You recognize that mistakes are a part of life and part of the learning process. Mistakes challenge you to grow.

When you forgive yourself, you’ve released difficult emotions and you notice an energetic shift in your body and in your mind. You feel a sense of calm.

When you forgive yourself, you set yourself free from the past and recognize that you are worthy, you are loveable and you can go forward and live the life you desire.

This Saturday at the Weekly Tapping Circle we’re going to focus on using EFT Tapping to help you to release lower emotions like anger, disappointment and shame so you can forgive yourself for the things that you’ve been blaming yourself for. It’s time to be kind to yourself.

The following is the overall outline of what you can anticipate at the Weekly Tapping Circle (times are approximate):
✨ Sign in via Zoom Video or Phone (available 10 minutes before start time)
✨ Guided meditation – To set intentions for optimal healing (5 min)
✨ Guided Tapping - To release painful emotions so you can forgive yourself and feel better. You are welcome to bring your issue to the group and have an opportunity to receive my direct guidance while everyone taps along and receives borrowing benefits! Borrowing benefits means you experience relief from your issue while tapping on someone else’s (40 min)
✨ Guided meditation – To strengthen and support your energy (5 min)
* Please ensure you bring water so you can drink when you feel thirsty as it is common to feel thirsty while processing emotions
* Bring a journal or note pad or something to write on as I will be asking you questions before and after the guided tapping. Your notes will be valuable because it can help see your progress with Tapping
