Discipline, Discipline, Discipline! First of all, unless you're doing liposuction, you can't really lose fat just in your face or belly. Fat is a layer under the skin all around your body, in some places there is a thicker layer of fat, and there are even fat stores around your organs which is particularly dangerous. Fat is stored energy. If you don't eat (i.e. fasting), your body must use the stored energy. Melting fat is that simple. Now if you're not eating (no energy in) and you exercise even a little (burning energy), your body has no choice but to burn fat faster!
