Awesome Show! Room to Grow!

This dream came on November 07 of 2022. Its only the first scene of the dream, but the most significant. As I looked, there was a very dynamic and warm pastor leading the service from the stage with a large choir behind the pulpit. There was exactly four seating sections for the sanctuary, each with a tall wall dividing them. Everything was actually going pretty good! The lights and the cameras, and all the attention were focused in the right direction.

By all appearances there was not much of a problem. Except for the walls.
And the attention was overly focused on the flashy stuff.

Then I saw that at least half of this large sanctuary was unused and completely empty, and it needed a good cleaning!
The focus of the service seemed good, but there were walls of misunderstanding. All the programs were preventing growth into the space they were given.

He quickened to me:

1 Corinthians 1:12b-13a
…each of you says, “I am of Paul,” or “I am of Apollos,” or “I am of Cephas,” or “I am of Christ.” 13Is Christ divided?...

Ephesians 2:13-14,21
13But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
14For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation,
21in whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord

And here is another very interesting verse relating to the date of November 7(11-7)
Genesis 7:11 NASB
In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on the same day all the fountains of the great deep burst open, and the floodgates of the sky were opened.

The same waters that killed the multitudes actually gave life to those on the Ark.

This is a year of decision!
Will we tear down the walls of separation?
And walk in love, joy, and peace with all who call Christ their Saviour?
And reach out to the lost?
Or will we stay in our familiar seating, unwilling to make any changes?

The Lord is asking us whose report will we believe? Will we follow the Lord's leading or stay put and do our own thing?

Judgement begins in the household of God.
"Choose ye this day…"

Ok, that's the warning.
Now here's the love and mercy of God:
He's given us a heads up. He's telling us what to do. And he's given us the space to do it!
Let's get cracking!
