Becoming the Ocean Meditation

In this meditation we focus on the cycle of breath that is like the rhythm of the sea. The wave comes up the shore like the inbreath. There is the natural pause before the breath returns to the ocean. In this meditation we become aware of any contraction within the physical body, the emotional body and or auric field. Through connecting with the Ocean, which is our natural innate connection to Source Energy, we can release anything that no longer serves us back to the Universe. This allows for a greater spaciousness and lightness of being. Enjoy!
