Use this remastered meditation (originally created December 2018) to extract toxic energies from your physical, etheric, emotional and mental bodies.

We can take on toxic energies whilst moving through this 3D world. The accumulation of toxic energies in the body can lead, in time, to disease. Removing these energies allows more space for your own natural light in the body.

In this meditation we call upon Metatron and Sandalphon to create sets of four etheric quartz crystals to scan and extract toxic energies plus other peoples energies from your energy fields and physical body.
