At 5:15AM PST (ish) I'll be cycling on Zwift. Feel free to join in, or just hang out and get pumped for your next workout! I'm a swimmer-main but do triathlons for funzies and getting in shape. Currently, my cycling is my worst leg, so I'm working on that by cycling indoors on Zwift. I routinely help those with swim stroke technique issues, so feel free to ask or DM me with swim questions.
