Сhina responds to Taiwan-US meeting with military drills

The Chinese People's Liberation Army is conducting the military exercise 'Joint Sword' near Taiwan amid the visit by that country's president to the US, where she met with the US House Speaker. Infantry, armored vehicles, fighter jets and naval vessels are participating in the drills and, according to Chinese media, will 'simultaneously organise patrols and advances around Taiwan island.'
