Rubio Pushes Senate To Defund ObamaCare

U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) encourages the Senate to defund ObamaCare because of the negative impact it will have on small businesses through encouraging them to stop growing, cut employee hours, and fire employees to avoid following Obamacare mandates. Sen. Rubio argues the Obamacare small business tax credit is too small to be effective, and too complicated for small businesses without consultants to benefit from.
