To make the same place in your high speed blender
3 tablespoons @cocobella coconut yoghurt (natural flavour)
2 frozen bananas
Small punnet of frozen strawberries
1/4 fresh/frozen pink pitaya
1/4 cup @cocobella coconut water( if required to get the blender going)

Topped with frozen blueberries, redcurrant and rosemary
