Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil or vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

3. Add peas and carrots and green onions to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the whisked eggs to the empty side. Scramble the eggs and then mix them with the vegetables.
5. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
6. Finally, add the cooked chicken and stir to heat it through.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning, as needed.
8. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious Chicken Fried Rice!
