▶️Ingredients
1.2kg chicken, 3 medium size potatoes, 1/2 carrot, 1 medium onion, 3 Cheongyang peppers, 2 green onions
▶️Sauce (measuring rice spoon)
Dark soy sauce 100ml, red pepper paste 1, red pepper powder 3, sugar 2, cooking wine 2, plum juice 2, ginger 1/3, pepper

1️⃣Put cleanly washed chicken in boiling water, 2 refined rice wines, blanch for 2 minutes when it boils, then rinse with water
2️⃣Put the blanched chicken, 800ml water, and seasoning sauce into the pot and close the lid.
3️⃣When it boils, open the lid and add potatoes, carrots and onions
4️⃣When it boils, close the lid and simmer over medium heat for 15-18 minutes
5️⃣Add 2 minced garlic, green onion, and Cheongyang pepper and try this time
Add anchovy sauce 1 (passable) and boil over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes
Adjust the amount of broth
6️⃣Add a little sesame oil and pepper to finish

▶️ You can put minced garlic together in the sauce, or if you put it in the back like I did, it will remove all the impurities and enhance the flavor of the food^^
