Is Chat GPT Intentionally Being Brainwashed?

I read a study that said Chat GPT, an artificial intelligence language model, has a left-leaning bias. The study found that 13 out of 14 data sets showed a clear bias. But some argue that it's just reflecting the left-wing news that's out there. What do you think?
