Our services fall under 3 categories:
#1. CARE-GIVING: services are provided by home health aides, companions and certified home health aides.

#2. POST HOSPITAL & POST REHAB CARE: these services help patients to GET HOME, STAY HOME, GET BETTER FASTER & THRIVE after a hospital stay. We work closely and along side the Medicare & Insurance therapy services to ensure that older adults get back on their feet as soon as possible.

#3. CHRONIC ILLNESS & SYMPTOM MANAGEMENT: These services are designed to reduce frequent and unnecessary trips to the emergency room. The care programs are designed by nurses and geriatric care specialist. This helps patients with multiple comorbidities to reach and maintain a high quality of life regardless of any life limiting conditions.

#4.LIVE-IN CARE. This is care delivered in blocks twenty hour shifts. It is an awesome way to help older adults to age in place. Cost for this type of service ranges from ten to seventeen dollars an hour.

With us, you will only pay for the care you need.

There are no minimum number of hours of care required for your loved one to receive care from us.

You pick the type of caregiver (private care or agency employee caregiver) the hourly rate your prefer to pay and the payment program that suits your unique situation.
