HEALTH & SAFETY
- Please make sure you clear adequate space in your home as your dance / workout area.
- Move all dangerous objects and watch the space that you have, keep pets & children out of the way
- Have a bottle of water & sweat towel ready
- Wear appropriate footwear for the floor that you are using (trainers or dance shoes for fitness classes / suede sole dance shoes for Ballroom & Latin classes) for hard floors and smooth surfaces
- If you are dancing on carpet then we recommend over trainer socks by The Dance Socks in order to reduce friction and knee strain.(see link above for 10% discount)
- You agree that all participation in classes are at your own risk. We recommend consulting your physician before commencing any new dance or workout programme. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. If you experience any pain or difficulty with these exercises, stop and consult your healthcare provider.
- We always provide a cool down and warm up in our Live Full classes, if you are using our short summary videos we recommend doing some warm up exercises before and stretches after your practice
